Ingredients:



Tao pok (deep fried bean curd) 

You Tiao (yeow char kwai) 

cucumber 

bean sprouts

mang kwang (Yam Bean)

kangkong 

mango 

pineapple



hae ko (Wet shrimp paste)	)

roasted & ground peanuts	)

brown sugar			)	for sauce

asam juice			)

freshly ground chili paste	)







Method:



Blanch the bean sprouts and kangkong separately.



Slice ingredients to around the same size.



Put ingredients for sauce together in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.



Add in the other ingredients and mix well.



Put on a plate and throw some ground peanuts over.



Serve immediately.
