Lily chestnut chicken


This dish goes well with steamed rice.  It's a combination of many different flavours, 

it's saltish(szechuan vegetable), sweet(chestnuts), hot(chili), 

sourish(lily buds) and fragrant(sesame oil).



Ingredients:



chicken, cut into small pieces

szechuan preserved vegetable, finely sliced

dried Chinese chestnut, soaked for several hours and cleaned

dried lily buds

chili finely sliced(optional)

small black fugus(or white fungus), soaked and cleaned



seasoning:

oyster sauce

sesame oil

soya sauce



garnish:

spring onion



Method



1. 	Arrange everything in a large bowl and add seasoning.  Steam or cook 

in a microwave oven, garnish with spring onion.
